Step by Step

Create a parent account on the AAU Sports Hub

aau.uventex.com → Sign In → Create account

Go to aau.uventex.com and create an account in the parent's or guardian's name, not the player's. AAU requires the adult to be the account holder for anyone under 18. Use an email address you check — the membership card comes to it. Confirm the verification email before continuing.

Already have a Sports Hub account from another AAU sport or a travel team? Just sign in — you can add a player to it.

Start an athlete membership

Memberships → AAU Athlete Memberships → Get Started

From the dashboard, open Memberships, choose AAU Athlete Memberships, and click Get Started. Make sure the membership year shown is 2026–27 (it should say the membership runs through 08/31/2027).

Add your player

Add new athlete → fill in every field → Save athlete

Click Add new athlete and enter the player's legal name, date of birth, and address exactly as they appear on his school records. Save the athlete. If you have more than one player, add each one here before moving on.

Pick the membership and enter our club code

Select membership → Extended Coverage ($24) → Baseball → club code

  • Choose the Extended Coverage (AB) athlete membership — $24. Do not pick the $22 regular membership; it does not cover the player at games against non-AAU teams.
  • Program: Youth. Sport: Baseball.
  • When it asks for a club, enter UYMR3R9UX. The club name should come back as Eagle Baseball — if it shows anything else, stop and re-enter the code.
Without the club code, the player is not attached to our team and the district will not count him as covered on our field. Double-check it before you pay.

Sign and pay

Terms & Conditions → digital signature → Payment

  • Read and accept the terms. When you sign, type your full name exactly as it appears on your Sports Hub account — the site rejects a mismatch.
  • You will be asked to confirm you are 18 or older and to attest to your player's age. Complete the parent verification if prompted.
  • Pay by card. Uventex adds a small processing fee at checkout.
  • Turn off Automatic Membership Renewal unless you want to be charged again next September.
AAU memberships are non-refundable once issued, so make sure the year, the membership type, and the club code are right before you pay.

Send the confirmation to Coach Davis

Forward the "AAU Membership Confirmation" email → jdavis@guhsd.net

Within a few minutes you will get an email from NO-REPLY@uventex.com with the player's AAU member ID and membership card. Forward it to jdavis@guhsd.net with the player's name in the subject line. Coach Davis checks every player against the club roster before the first practice.

No membership on file, no practice. Please finish this before the first fall practice date the coaches announce.

Common Questions

Why do we need AAU insurance? Isn't he covered as a Granite Hills player?

Only during the CIF season. Fall ball is not a school activity, so the district's insurance does not cover it. The district lets Eagle Baseball use the field only because the club carries AAU liability coverage, and that coverage applies only to players who hold a current AAU membership under our club code.

My son already has an AAU membership through his travel team. Does he need another one?

Probably not, as long as it is a current 2026–27 athlete membership that runs through 08/31/2027. Email his AAU member ID to Coach Davis before buying anything. AAU allows an athlete to be linked to more than one club, and we will sort out attaching him to Eagle Baseball.

What is the difference between Extended Coverage and the regular membership?

The regular $22 membership covers the player at AAU-licensed events only. Extended Coverage ($24) also covers him at events that are not AAU-licensed. Some of the teams we scrimmage in the fall are not AAU clubs, so we require Extended Coverage for everyone. The $2 difference is well worth it.

The site asks for a "club" and I don't see Eagle Baseball in a list.

Type the club code UYMR3R9UX in the club code field rather than searching by name. The Sports Hub matches on the code and fills in "Eagle Baseball" for you.

Does the coach need anything else from us?

Just the forwarded confirmation email. Coach Davis can also see every registered player on the club's roster in the AAU Sports Hub, so if you forget to forward it he can still confirm the membership.

Can I do this on my phone?

Yes. The Sports Hub works in a phone browser. If a step stalls, try it on a computer — the payment and signature screens are easier there.
